Recently we announced the Wallonia Tech 2023. As we are progressing ahead, we are glad that we successfully accomplished the 1st phase of the program at two different emerging start-up regions in India, New Delhi, and Hyderabad.
If you missed our earlier postings here is a brief about Wallonia-Tech Program. It is an initiative that focuses the resources of AWEX on meeting the needs of emerging technology ventures. Foreign companies interested in expanding in Europe are connected by AWEX to a vast network of support services and resources.
The goal of the innovative Wallonia-Tech program is to identify the brightest entrepreneurial talent in India and connect these entrepreneurs with investors and strategic partners in Belgium and Europe in order to turn their innovations into global success.
In both regions, the response from participants was mind-blowing, thanks to our partners, Dr. Anil Wali from Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer (FITT) at IIT Delhi, Dr. Rajendra Jagdale from Science and Technology Park, Pune, Dr. Anil Kondreddy from Aspire Bionest, Hyderabad and Mr. Harsha Lingam, Ms. Leena Pishe Thomas from Global Business Inroads, Delhi & Bangalore.
The next step will be the best match start-ups will be invited to Belgium to meet and visit the universities, authorities, collaborations, technology parks and so on….
